I have much pleasure in writing a reference for Ineke Winkelman from Petronella’s Interior Design for any work that is being undertaken.

One of my projects was to transform the former Waimate Hotel into a restaurant, and I was fortunate to be introduced to Ineke at the exterior decorating stage. Ineke’s ideas and advice were invaluable in helping me transform this tired old building into a modern style while still retaining and highlighting its heritage value.

We then moved onto the interior and Ineke would put in a lot of time and effort after hours researching anything I asked for, including wallpapers, hand basins, taps, tiles, lights, furnishings and more, to ensure they blended cohesively.

The next project was to transform the former ANZ building into a bakery, and Ineke was immediately employed once again to give us her design influence.

I have also employed Ineke on new houses and have found her to be adaptable to different clients’ design and colour palettes. I found Ineke to always be very professional and courteous, and with the experience I have had on these projects I would strongly and confidently recommend Ineke from Petronella’s Interior Design for any project.
