The administration block at McCain Timaru was in need of rejuvenation, with no visible branding and minimal street appeal. Petronella’s Interior Design was engaged to develop a refreshed exterior colour scheme aligned with the company’s corporate identity, including new finishes for the roof and aluminium windows. Key elements of the revamp included the repainting of the existing tiled roof, installation of new aluminium windows and doors and plastering of the original brickwork to achieve a clean, contemporary facade. Timber detailing beneath the windows has been refreshed in a contrasting corporate colour, adding warmth and visual interest, while new roof signage ensures the building is clearly identifiable.   Internally, the space was updated with efficient sunscreen roller blinds, improving comfort and functionality for the office environment.
