This existing home evolved through a thoughtful, multi-stage transformation, The first phase focused on the kitchen. While not overly dated, the original space lacked both functionality and alignment with the new owner’s taste and lifestyle.
Petronella’s Interior Design carefully designed the new kitchen layout and personally selected the colour palette, materials and finishes. Black joinery paired with fluted natural oak, soft curves balanced with clean lines, creates a bold yet timeless kitchen that truly reflects its owners.
The second stage extended into the living spaces, with new carpet, curtains and a refreshed separate lounge, By thoughtfully selecting new finishes and colours while working alongside key existing furniture, the home’s main living areas were elevated into a modern retreat.
The result is a beautifully considered update to this 20 year old home – a calm, functional sanctuary designed to support the busy lives of its owners and their much loved fur babies.
