This local agricultural business had outgrown operating from portacoms and with rapid expansion underway, it was time to create a purpose-built head office that truly supported their team and reflected the heart of their business.
The brief was clear: design an interior where staff would genuinely enjoy arriving each day – one that felt considered, welcoming and aligned with the work they do. This project was a wonderful journey to be part of, with every detail thoughtfully curated. From interior colour palettes, grasscloth wallpaper, flooring, to custom made furniture, upholstery, office blinds and workstations, each selection was made with both business and its people in mind. Petronella’s Interior Design also designed the reception counter and selected iconic New Zealand lighting to complete the spaces.
The result is a unique commercial environment that authentically reflects the business. A workplace loved by staff and clients, and even admired by courier drivers, who now enjoy delivering parcels to a space that feels anything but ordinary.
